NEW YORK, NEW YORK: 1 March 2006

Shake’d Technologies, Inc. of New York, New York, has teamed with Coker Logistics Solutions, Inc. (CLS) to provide consultant services to Shake’d Technologies for marketing and contract management support for their DoD, commercial, and international efforts.

CLS is headed by Wayland Coker, a retired Naval Officer with an extensive logistics background, both in defense and commercial industry. CLS was ranked 42nd among Inc.’s Defense Contractors and last year broke into Inc. Magazine’s list of 500 fastest growing companies. CLS “outside the box” mindset has allowed them to understand the huge potential of Customized Dynamic Balancing.

From decades of operating rotary wing aircraft, the U.S. Army, Navy, Marine Corps, and Air Force, as well as many civil manufacturers and operators of helicopters, have learned that one of the biggest enemies to sustained flight operations is vibration. Rotary wing operators worldwide have borne the cost of dynamic component failure long before predicted time before overhaul (TBO). Shake'd Technologies has developed an innovative process--Customized Dynamic Balancing (CDB)--to virtually eliminate the detrimental effects of vibration and harmonic resonance, thereby reducing operating and support (O&S) costs and increasing both aircraft availability and logistics supportability.

“CLS’s past performance in marketing and contract management is the level of performance we are looking for to assist us in gaining and maintaining our presence in the highly competitive world of defense contracting,” said Eli Navon CEO of Shake’d Technologies.

Shake’d Technologies delivers advanced and unique capabilities to military and civilian major rotary wing aircraft programs in the United States, United Kingdom and other international customers. At Shake’d Technologies we strive for unequivocal excellence in developing new ideas, cutting-edge technologies and solutions for the industry.
